Ledges Playhouse Restoration
"Keep the lights shining"

For over 50 years Grand Ledge has had a Summer
Theatre in the wooded retreat of Fitzgerald Park.

The century old pavilion has always been a  community gathering place. However, by 2000 the local theatre group became worried about the condition of the building and turned to the community for help. The Ledges Playhouse Restoration Committee was formed in partnership with the City, The Chamber of Commerce, Eaton County Parks, and the Historical Society.

A fund raising campaign is underway to make the
structural, electrical, painting and other repairs needed
for this historic building. To date the Committee has
painted part of the exterior and refurbished 100 theatre seats. To make a donation or for more information contact  Cheri Locker at 517-627-8600.
